Our Interview Process
We Discuss Your Application Over the Phone
Once you’ve applied a member of our recruitment team will get in contact with you through call. They will discuss with you what you are expecting to get out of a career in care. We want to talk about your experience or your passion for becoming a carer. Also, we will ask about your flexibility, what days you can work and if you want full time or part-time hours.
This phone call is not an interview, more a friendly conversation. We want to get to know you and understand your needs. Its aim is for us to get to know each other better, to make sure we are a good match.
You Have an Interview
If you are a compassionate person with a passion for helping people then you’ll be invited to an interview. This will be held at your local Esteem head office. When all goes well you will become part of our team and your training shortly will begin. Don’t’ forget you get paid whilst training with us!
